Using common scripts

Run Common Scripts access is required.
Scripting capabilities allow users to enhance the functionality and customisation of their compliance management processes.
This article lists the available scripts and tells you how you can access them.
1. Accessing common scripts
1.1. Using the menu
To access a list of available common scripts, click the icon at the bottom of the menu on the left.
The script page will provide additional instructions on how to operate each script.
1.2. Using the URL
Alternatively, to access a common script directly, you can alter the URL of your Ideagen Quality Management site.
Each common script has a unique path that needs to be added to your site URL. You can find these paths in the list of common scripts.
The full URL will look similar to:
https://test.qualtrax.com/customscripts/scriptname.aspx
The script page will provide additional instructions on how to operate each script.
2. List of common scripts

| Audit Trail | CustomScripts/AuditTrail.aspx | The Audit Trail script provides you with the audit trail for either documents or workflows, including items like each step in edit, review and approval for documents and steps and Routes for workflows. This script also shows you, by user ID or login name, who has performed the documented step. |
| Documents Without Expiration | CustomScripts/DocumentsWithoutExpiration.aspx | The documents Without expiration provides you a list of all documents, showing document IDs and Titles, that do not currently have an expiration date. |
| Download Published Revisions | CustomScripts/DownloadPublishedRevisions.aspx |
The Download published revisions script downloads all revisions of documents for a date range that you provide. This script is helpful for all Customers, but particularly for Forensic Lab Customers with Discovery Packet Requests. Enter the date range and the folder(s) you want to get documents for and select Run report. Once you see the documents in the list, select Run report again, but check Download documents this time around. Note: The Currently published folder contains all the files from that folder for the given time range, including all revisions of a document in that folder. The Retired folder contains all documents Retired within the date range. |
| Free Up Concurrent Licenses | CustomScripts/FreeUpConcurrentLicense.aspx | The Free Up Concurrent License script either logs out all concurrent users logged into the system or logs out the least active user in the system. |
| Group Memberships | CustomScripts/GroupMemberships.aspx | The group Memberships script shows you all the groups a given users is a member of and also all the users that are members of a given group. |

| Inbox Report | CustomScripts/InboxReport.aspx | The Inbox report script is similar to the standard Inbox by Personnel report, but this script shows you the Inbox results for any group or individual user in Ideagen Quality Management. This includes information like documents in edit/approve/review, tests to Take, and specific steps in a workflow. |
| Ideagen Quality Management Usage | CustomScripts/Ideagen Quality ManagementUsage.aspx | The Ideagen Quality Management Usage script shows you the number of times a user has logged into Ideagen Quality Management for a given date range. |
| Retire All Documents In Folder | CustomScripts/RetireAlldocumentsInfolder.aspx |
The Retire All documents In folder allows you to select a folder and retires all documents in any status (edit, review, approve, or published) in the select folder (and all sub-folders). If a document has multiple locations, the selected location will be removed. Before you Retire documents, you might want to select View document Associations to show document associations for the documents in folders you want to Retire. After you select Retire documents, a list of the documents or document locations is displayed. |
| System Audit Trail | CustomScripts/SystemAuditTrail.aspx | The System Audit Trail script shows all changes made to the system settings within a certain date range. The script is in a similar format to the documents and workflows audit trail. |
| User List By Permission | CustomScripts/UserListByPermission.aspx | The User List By Permission script allows you to select a permission to view a list of all users with that permission, regardless of whether it's assigned directly or inherited via group membership. A link to the effective permissions page is included for each user in the report to allow you to drill in to determine how the user is receiving the permission and make any necessary adjustments via personnel and/or group administration. |
| Users Currently Logged In | CustomScripts/UsersCurrentlyLoggedIn.aspx | The Users Currently Logged In script shows you which users are currently logged into Ideagen Quality Management. |
| View Reviewers and Approvers | CustomScripts/ViewReviewersAndApprovers.aspx | The View reviewers And approvers script gives you a list of documents that are waiting on someone to complete the review or approve action. |
