2025.3.0.0
General
Interface improvements
We have made minor changes to the interface design of the system for better usability:
- Header has been updated to better reflect the solution brand.
- Collapsible left navigation panel has been enhanced, offering users a more comprehensive view.
- "Favourite Settings" menu item replaced the gear icon from the previous static navigation panel.
- "What's New?" from the Help widget now redirects to the release notes section of the Help centre.
Features
Modern Inbox improvements
We have implemented several improvements to improve Inbox performance:
- Pagination, disabled by default, divides large content volumes into separate pages.
To use this feature, follow our guide to enabling pagination in the Modern Inbox. - Type and Stage click away prevents the page from refreshing each time a filter is selected.
- Lazy loading optimises performance and by loading content only when it is needed.
Fixes
-
We changed the date format default to follow the server's regional settings.
In affected areas, the system will no longer use the date format based on the language preference settings. Instead, it will standardise to follow the server's regional settings, as it does on other pages. - We have resolved an issue where the date-type custom field in a workflow instance launched via Workflow Automation was displaying a default time value of "12:00 AM" despite users entering only a date.
The custom field will now correctly display only the date value as intended.
This fix applies only to workflow instances launched through Workflow Automation. Parent instances are not affected, as they already displayed the date correctly.

Features
Grid Inbox sunset
We are retiring the Grid Inbox feature with this release. The option to select this Inbox type has been removed from the System Settings.
All users currently using the Grid Inbox will be transitioned to the Modern Inbox for a better user experience.
Enhanced SSO support
We have extended support for Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow authentication using an attribute other than email.
Previously, our SSO only supported email-based login. With this update, you can now configure an alternative attribute for SSO authentication, providing greater flexibility to meet security and compliance requirement.
You can set up the additional attributes by following out guide to configuring additional Single Sign-On (SSO) attributes.
This has currently been tested with the following Identity Providers: Akamai, Okta.
