Every Quality Management (Essentials) tenant hosted with Ideagen will be provided with one dedicated licence in addition to the licences they purchase.
This additional licence is provided at no extra cost and is specifically for support purposes, allowing our Support team to log into the tenant’s account when assistance is needed.

1. Purpose
The dedicated support licence is intended solely for use by Ideagen Support.
It ensures that our Support team can access tenant accounts to provide timely and effective assistance without using any of the purchased licences.

- Dedicated licence - Each hosted tenant receives one additional licence for support purposes.
- Usage - This licence is exclusively for Ideagen Support to log into tenant accounts when needed.
- No impact on purchased licences - This licence does not count towards the number of licences purchased by the tenant.
- Exclusion - This policy is not applicable to customers who are on-premises.
- Dedicated use- This licence should not be converted to concurrent and should remain dedicated for Support use.
