- New Inbox redesign
- The redesigned inbox uses a tabbed approach with pagination and filters to streamline inbox items. The All tab collates all items into one place, and the other tabs differentiate items based on type.
- The calendar has been removed based on user feedback.
- Each column in the displayed table can be sorted alphabetically or highest-lowest value by clicking on the column header. Users can select how many rows show per page from the drop down on the bottom left.
- Currently, items can be filtered by status, type, stage within that type, and the due by date. Status remains assigned via email dates.
- The redesigned inbox is a system-wide setting that can be turned on by system admins. This will turn the inbox on/off for all users in the organization. The setting is under Administration > System Settings > Web Settings. The available options under “Inbox view” are calendar (old inbox) and grid (new redesigned inbox).

As part of our assimilation into the Ideagen portfolio, the Ideagen Quality Management product is rebranding to “Ideagen Quality Management.” This will be a phased process beginning with the UI.

Features
- Provide audit trail information and history for each field value changed on a workflow instance.
The workflow field value audit trail records the previous and current values for each field that is changed on the specified workflow, the identity of the individual making the change, and the date and time. Any content can be searched for with the Search bar, and the display can be filtered by clicking each column header to re-order the data. For users with the Run Common Scripts permission, this new report can be accessed by adding /WorkflowFieldsAuditTrail to the end of your system URL.
To access Workflow Field Value Audit Trail, users will need the new View Workflow Field Audit Trail permission in addition to the Run Common Scripts permission. This new permission gives users the ability to view changes to ALL fields in a workflow if they know the workflow instance #ID.
