This article outlines the current status and future plans for WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliance for Ideagen Quality Management.

1. Current status

Ideagen is actively working toward WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliance. Our team is integrating accessibility-focused UI enhancements and design updates into the product roadmap.

These efforts aim to improve usability for individuals with disabilities and align with global accessibility standards.

A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) titled Qualtrax-WCAG-VPAT-November-2022 (Document ID: 20918) is currently available. However, this document may not fully represent the accessibility status of the latest version.

2. Future plans

To ensure transparency and continued progress, Ideagen plans to update its Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR). A formal WCAG assessment is tentatively scheduled for 2026.

This updated report will provide a more accurate and comprehensive overview of the platform’s accessibility features and compliance status.
