Managing document expiration dates efficiently is crucial for maintaining compliance and ensuring timely reviews.
This article outlines the steps to mass modify expiration dates for multiple documents.
1. Updating expiration dates
To update expiration dates for all documents within a folder:
- Select the Root Folder.
- Click Folder Properties to access settings.
- In the Expiration section, enter the new expiration date.
- Click Apply in the top-right of the box.
- Select Apply changes to this folder and all folders and documents within it.
- Tick Include all sub-items that do not inherit.
- Click Save Changes.
- Click Apply All at the bottom of the page.
