1. Issue
When you try to log in, you may notice that the login screen no longer remembers your username or password. This is typically caused by browser settings, not by the application.
2. Solution
To resolve the issue:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Remove any saved passwords for the site.
- Check your browser’s autofill and password-saving settings to ensure they are enabled.
This issue is browser-specific and not related to the Quality Management application. If your organization uses group policies or security tools, they may restrict password saving.
