Changing organisation names in published standards

Sometimes, you may need to update standards within the system. This article explains the available options when editing the organisation name.
1. Changing organisation names
Most quality management systems prevent direct editing of the organisation name after a standard is created and published, to protect data integrity and audit trails.
If you need to change the organisation name associated with a standard:
- Navigate to the standard you wish to update.
- Use the system’s option to Disable or Archive the standard.
This ensures it is no longer active or visible to users. - Click Add Standard.
- Enter the correct organisation name during the creation process.
- Copy relevant content from the old standard if needed.
- Click Save Changes.
