Deleting a test instance

Administration permissions are required.
Occasionally, you may need to delete a test instance from the system.
This article walks you through the steps to locate test Instance IDs and delete the corresponding test instances using the Reports feature.
1. Deleting a test instance
To delete a test instance:
- Navigate to Reports.
- Switch to the Test tab.

- Choose the specific test you want to delete.
- Click Run Report.


- If the Instance ID field is not visible, click Report Designer.
This will open a new tab.

- Go to the Fields section.
- Tick Test Instance ID (System).
- Click Save and Run Report.

- Once the report runs, a new tab will open.
- Click Run Report again.
You will now see the column for Test Instance IDs.

- Click the desired Instance ID.
- Click Delete to remove the instance.

Deleting a test instance is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you have the correct Instance ID before proceeding.
