If you need to delete uncontrolled documents in bulk, contact your Account Manager to start the process. They will create a project and work with the Support team to build an SQL script.
- Hosted users - We will create and execute the SQL script on our end. Once completed, we will request you to verify the changes on your side.
- On-premise users - We will prepare the SQL script and share it with your IT team, who will then execute it within your environment.
2. Deleting a folder
You can only delete folders that are empty. Any documents inside must be deleted individually before you can remove the folder.
