No special access or permissions are required.

Starting in v2026.1.0.0, clicking the Home button no longer displays expected behaviour. This behavior has been reproduced internally and is currently tracked as a known issue scheduled for correction in a future release.

This article offers a workaround you can use in the meantime.

1. Issue

When clicking the Home button, the page doesn't refresh and doesn't navigate back to the home page.

This is a known issue we're planning to resolve in a future update.

2. Workaround

Until the fix is released, the following options can be used to return to Home or refresh content:

• Browser refresh - Use your browser’s native refresh/reload button to force the current page to update if you need to see new content or changes.
• Alternate navigation - Use existing navigation items (e.g., Home, Dashboard, or any saved shortcuts) to return to the main landing page.
• Bookmark - If you access the Home page frequently, consider bookmarking it in your browser for a one‑click return path.

No configuration changes are required. The issue is UI-specific and does not impact workflow processing, permissions, or system data.
