Signing in with Mazlan Home (formerly Ideagen Hub) after integration

Users whose system is being integrated with Mazlan Home.
No special access or permissions required.
Mazlan Home (formerly Ideagen Hub) provides a unified login experience and access to resources for your solutions.
This article walks you through the process of signing in following the integration.
If your account has been migrated to Mazlan Home and you sign in using an Identity Provider (IdP), no password reset is required. See 2.3. Mazlan Home migrated accounts (IdP users).
1. First-time sign in
To sign in with Mazlan Home:
- Open your welcome email.
- Follow the link to reset your password.
Make sure your new password follows the password policy. - Sign in with your updated Mazlan Home credentials.
Are you a Tenant Administrator for your organisation?
One benefit of Mazlan Home is giving users more freedom in accessing their solutions.
If a user asks for help with resetting their password, let them know they can reset it themselves!
2. Future sign ins
Once you've completed the first-time sign in, you have two options for accessing Ideagen Quality Management • Core.
2.1. Ideagen Quality Management URL
To sign in:
- Navigate to your usual site URL.
You will be taken to the new login screen. - Sign in with your Mazlan Home credentials.
You will be redirected to your Ideagen Quality Management site.
2.2. Mazlan Home
To sign in:
- Navigate to the URL from your welcome email.
We recommend bookmarking it for easy access! - Sign in with your Mazlan Home credentials.
- Select Ideagen Quality Management Core.
You can do this from the main menu or the My Apps widget.
You will be redirected to your Ideagen Quality Management site.
2.3. Mazlan Home migrated accounts (IdP users)
If your account has been migrated to Mazlan Home and you sign in using an Identity Provider (IdP), no password reset is required.
To sign in:
- Navigate to the URL from your welcome email.
We recommend bookmarking it for easy access! - Click the SSO sign in option.
The button label will match the provider name you entered in the metadata template.
- Select Ideagen Quality Management Core.
You can do this from the main menu or the My Apps widget.
You will be redirected to your Ideagen Quality Management site.
