Troubleshooting the "Your account is disabled" error as an Ideagen Hub integrated user

This article explains how to resolve the error encountered when trying to sign in as a user created in Ideagen Hub.
Issue
When new users are created via Ideagen Hub, they are initially set to a disabled state in Ideagen Quality Management by default and must be manually enabled before they can access the system.
If that user tries to sign in to Ideagen Quality Management, they will receive the "Your account is disabled" error.
Note
This is the default behaviour for all users created through the Ideagen Hub integration.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, enable the user in Ideagen Quality Management.
