Resetting Mazlan Home (formerly Ideagen Hub) passwords and managing usernames
Who is this article for?
Administrators who manage personnel.
Tenant administrator access is required.
This article explains the current limitations for managing Mazlan Home (formerly Ideagen Hub) usernames and passwords, and provides the self-service process users must follow to reset their Mazlan Home passwords.
Understanding username limitations
Usernames in Mazlan Home cannot currently be modified by administrators. The username field appears greyed out in the Admin Console because this functionality is not yet available.
If you need to update a username, you must submit a request through the Development team for manual processing.
Understanding password management options
Password management differs depending on which system the user accesses:
- The password reset option under Personnel in the Ideagen Quality Management Core application applies only to native Ideagen Quality Management Core application login
- Mazlan Home passwords cannot be reset by administrators through the Admin Console
- Mazlan Home passwords must be managed through the user's self-service password reset process
