Customers may encounter one of several error messages issues when logging into the system. This article lists the various errors and how to resolve them.
1. Issue
When logging into the system, the user sees an error message "Your license key does not have room for another user account. Contact your Administrator."
This error occurs when a user is connected to Quality Management using a VPN. They will have LDAP and Autologin enabled, but the credentials stored are not correct.
Another possible error message is "License Key Invalid".
This error occurs when a user has been given a license type that have no more keys available.
2. Solution
To resolve the "Your license key does not have room for another user account." error, ask the user to manually input the correct username and password. This will prevent the system from attempting to create a new user.
To resolve the "License Key Invalid" message:
- Log in to the SQL database.
- Navigate to SY_Configuration.
- Check the value in the License row.
- If this key is correct, check the UG_UsersGroup table to make sure that all users are on the proper license type and the total there matches the allotment given.
