What can cause the "Compile Error: 'Can't find project or library'" when trying to run HFMUT?

2. Answer 

The compile error or "prop" error occurs when trying to use HFMUT and Visual Basic opens with the error. It is called the "prop" error because the "prop" is highlighted. Open Tools in Visual Basic and select References. Check that Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Office Object Library, and Normal and OLE Automations are enabled.
