1. Question

What would cause an error that reads "The measurement must be between 0 pt and 1584 pt." when using the Header Footer tool (HFMUT)?

2. Answer 

The template and the target document have different margins. To fix the target document, open it and select all content (Ctrl+A). Set the margins to match the template margins, save changes, and upload the document to Ideagen Quality Management again.
