Customers may encounter an issue when saving changes made to a document's properties.

1. Issue Experienced

This section will explain what occurs when the customer is experiencing the issue.

The customer will have noticed they receive an unexpected (uh-oh) error when saving changes made to a document's properties. The error logs will have an entry similar to the following:

Exception message: An unhandled exception occurred! Exception message:

Exception message: Multiple controls with the same ID 'tdp_17675_3060' were found. FindControl requires that controls have unique IDs.

This happens when a document has two locations in the same folder. 

To resolve this, remove the secondary location.
