If at any point you want to reset the display settings for a user's Inbox, including widgets, there is a quick way to do so! This article contains the steps on how to clear the settings.

2. Clearing display settings

To reset display settings, use the following URL:

##SERVER##/User/Inbox.aspx?DisplayMode=Reset

Replacing the prefix with the name of your site, for example:

https://examplequaltraxsite.qualtraxcloud.com/User/Inbox.aspx?DisplayMode=Reset

When the page refreshes, the URL will have a DisplayMode of Normal at the end instead of Reset.
