How to Address Issues Accessing Ideagen Quality Management ("full due to 'Log_Backup'")

The customer will have noticed they receive a server error when trying to access the Ideagen Quality Management site. This error is caused by the log file in SQL reaching its size limit, this would need to be fixed by the customers IT team (unless hosted then hosting).
