What could cause the Ideagen Quality Management site not to load and just have the "spinning wheel" (progress indicator) to continuously spin without producing an error?

There have been occasions when something on the server (possibly updates) causes the World Wide Web (WWW) service to stop running.

1. Log onto the web server.
2. Click on Start then Run.
3. Type "Services.msc" and click Enter.
4. Find the World Wide Web (WWW) Service and see if it is stopped.
5. If it is, restart it and reload the website.
