The customer will have noticed they receive an error, "HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.", when trying to access a URL or bookmark they have saved.
2. Resolution
This section will provide the resolution for the most common reason for a 404 error.
This usually occurs due to an outdated url that has been saved as a bookmark or link on the desktop. It could also happen if changes were made to the server, for example, the server name being updated. If you find that the bookmark or link is correct, you may need to check with your site admin or IT team to make sure there haven't been any changes to the server settings.
