What happens if Ideagen Quality Management unexpected (uh-oh) errors don't populate?

The user encounters the 'Server Error '/' in Application' when trying to work within Ideagen Quality Management. However, they are able to continue on using the site. The error will usually try to log to event viewer if it cannot log to the Ideagen Quality Management logs. Open Event Viewer, go to Windows>Application Logs, and search for ".aspx" to find the related Ideagen Quality Management logs.

The description for Event ID 1309 from source ASP.NET 4.0.30319.0 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
