Editing completed Workflow Instances

Admin permissions are required.
Completed workflow instances may be viewed and edited by users with proper access, which is granted by the edit completed workflows designation on the workflow definition or by the user having the Alter Workflow Instances permission.
Changes to Date fields used for expiration on completed workflow instances will make the expiration occur on the new date selection, rather than the previous date.
1. Editing a completed Workflow Instance
- Enter the instance ID# in the Quick Search box or use the Advanced Search for Workflows filtered by the completed step.
- The instance opens, and any fields you have permission to view and edit appear for modification. Make any necessary changes.
- Select Save Changes.
