Understanding how frequently users access the system is essential for auditing, compliance, and optimising user engagement. To help you monitor user activity, we provide a built-in script that allows authorised users to view login counts and last login dates for individuals over a specified time range.

This article shows you where you can find and run this script.

1. Running the script

To run the user activity script:

1. Access the Common Scripts section.
2. Select Ideagen Quality Management Usage from the list.
   You will be taken to a new page specific to the script.

3. Set a Begin Date.
4. Set an End Date.
5. Choose Sort by parameters.

6. Click Run Report.

The report will display a list of users along with their:

• Usernames
• Last login date and time
• Number of times each user has logged in during the selected period
