Tracking user activity using common scripts

Administrators responsible for monitoring user activity within the system.
Administrator permissions are required.
Understanding how frequently users access the system is essential for auditing, compliance, and optimising user engagement. To help you monitor user activity, we provide a built-in script that allows authorised users to view login counts and last login dates for individuals over a specified time range.
This article shows you where you can find and run this script.
1. Running the script
To run the user activity script:
- Access the Common Scripts section.
- Select Ideagen Quality Management Usage from the list.
You will be taken to a new page specific to the script.

- Set a Begin Date.
- Set an End Date.
- Choose Sort by parameters.

- Click Run Report.
The report will display a list of users along with their:
- Usernames
- Last login date and time
- Number of times each user has logged in during the selected period
