We are often asked how subgroups are added to groups within Ideagen Quality Management.

1. Question

How do I add subgroups to groups within Ideagen Quality Management on the Administration > Groups page.

2. Answer 

1. A user must have the Groups Administration permission to access and edit groups. 
2. In the Administration>Groups page, right-click on the name of the group you would like to add a subgroup to. Select the Members option in the Add/Remove section.

3. Under the View drop-down, choose the Groups view.

4. Select the group that you want to add as a subgroup in the new view that pops up and then Save Changes. You will then see the subgroup listed under the main group in the window.
